“Hi, I’m Brooke! I’ve worked in the dental field for 10 years. For the last 2 years, I I have had the pleasure of expanding my knowledge through the services provided at Horizon Dental Group. I find purpose in my career through my outside life. Hearing my sons laugh, witnessing my teammates smile on the softball field and looking back at photos of all my adventures with my friends and family. Their joy is what sticks with me the most and it all begins and ends with a smile. Being able to be a part of bringing that same joy into our patients lives is fulfilling beyond measure!

“Hi, I’m Jimmy! I am the dental hygienist in the Prescott location. I was raised in the Prescott area and obtained my bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University. I am passionate about teaching my patients optimal dental home care and making dental visits more enjoyable and relaxing. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, the outdoors, grilling and volunteering at my local church!”

Dental Assistant
“Hi, I’m Gianna! My favorite thing about working in the dental field is caring for my patients. I’ve always been fascinated by the intricacies of the mouth and nothing gets me more excited than getting to provide my patients with the best care. I’m originally from the high mountains of Colorado, but moved to Arizona to be closer to my grandparents. I am currently in college for dental hygiene and am so excited to be able to transition from an assistant to a dental hygienist!”
Fun Facts
Dr. Woellhaf has competed in numerous bike races and triathlons.
His favorite activity is scuba diving.
He has dove in many places around the world including Mexico, Fiji, Grand Cayman, and Bonaire, and is always open for a great conversation about scuba diving!
