Dr. Alex Burr is originally from Wyoming, where he developed a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and the outdoors. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the University of Wyoming before going on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the A.T. Still University – Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health, graduating at the top of his class. During dental school, Dr. Burr demonstrated a commitment to both academic excellence and mentorship, serving as a simulation clinic tutor in his second year, where he helped teach and guide both his classmates and junior students. He was consistently recognized for his achievements and professionalism, receiving the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Certificate of Recognition each year of dental school. Dr. Burr is known for his calm demeanor and patient-centered approach, and he is dedicated to providing high-quality, comfortable dental care. He values building lasting relationships with his patients and strives to create a positive and welcoming experience for individuals of all backgrounds. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Burr enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to his wife, Marlene, and together they recently welcomed their daughter. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors—whether it’s walking his German Shepherd, camping, fishing, snowboarding, or riding dirt bikes. He also has a passion for traveling and exploring new places.
