Wayne Woellhaf, DMD

Dr. Woellhaf is fantastic! He’s professional, funny, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Woellhaf believes in preventive dental care and patient education. He prides himself on being honest and forthcoming about a patients dental needs. If you ever get a chance to sit in his dental chair you will see Dr. W’s passion for helping patients. He has invested a lot of time into learning advanced surgical procedures like implant placement and sinus augmentation. He is a Fellow in the Implant Pathway Dental Continuum. Dr. Woellhaf has been married to his wonderful and beautiful wife Ashley for over 25 years, and they have two children together. The oldest, Mitchell, served a church mission in Virginia, and Blake is currently serving a mission in Ukraine. As a family, their favorite vacation spot is Disneyland. Dr. Woellhaf enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, camping, biking, and running. Fun Facts: Dr. Woellhaf has competed in numerous bike races and triathlons. His favorite activity is scuba diving. He has dove in many places around the world including Mexico, Fiji, Grand Cayman, and Bonaire, and is always open for a great conversation about scuba diving!

Tyler Bingham, DMD

I couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Bingham. From the welcoming atmosphere to the expert dental team, everything was perfect. This is hands down the best dentistry experience I’ve had.

After attending the University of Louisville for his dental training Dr. Bingham began practicing in 2019 where he has worked in both Texas and Arizona since. While he has been practicing Dr. Bingham has focused on staying at the forefront of dentistry with continuing education and training on all the most up to date technology available in the dental office. This includes everything involving implants, 3D printing, and beyond. Dr. Bingham and his wife, Mindy, have four children at home that keep them very busy. The Bingham family loves to work together to give back to the community and have participated in service missions across the world in countries such as Ethiopia, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. In his remaining time Dr. Bingham focuses on training for his next Ironman race or marathon. He has been lucky enough to race in the Boston marathon multiple times and compete in the Ironman world championships. Dr. Bingham is proud to be a part of the horizon dental group and honored to be able to serve the community of Prescott and the surrounding vicinity.

Jeremiah Gilge, DDS

Dr. Gilge was amazing! He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and the procedure was quick and painless. The staff was also friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Gilge for anyone needing oral surgery!

Dr. Jeremiah was raised in Olympia Washington, and attended Grand Canyon University here in Phoenix where he graduated magna cum laude, earning his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology. Dr. Gilge later attended the University of Washington where he graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During his training he was awarded the Horace Wells Student Award from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Gilge was also awarded the Rotter Fellowship Scholarship, the AAOMS Student award for Dental Implantology, and the Academy of Osseointegration student award for Implant Dentistry. Following his dental education, Dr. Gilge spent his time in the Nashville, TN area where he continued to develop his surgical skill set and a model for efficient patient centered surgical care. Dr. Gilge, his wife, and their son, enjoy time with family and friends. He is passionate about the outdoors where he enjoys playing guitar, wakeboarding, playing sports, and fishing.
